Yes, We Are Those People

Those people that get obnoxiously excited for holidays.  We figure this would be more acceptable if we had kids.  But for now, we'll just be those people.

Kinda scary isn't he?

This is all it took to make him: a scary mask, a white sheet, a black pillow case, a hanger, styrofoam ball, and fishing line.

Still kinda scary even in the daylight, huh?

Hey Lauren and Jason! I saw Lauren's link on facebook. I think your scary man is very cute. (Next step: covering the yard in fake webs.) I hope yall are doing well, and I'm a little jealous of the tropical green lawns I see depicted in this photos.

Best,
Emily (Bworth of former Davis High School fame)

It's okay to still have some child like fun at Halloween! You always need a sense of humor to get by these days. I think your ghost is adorable!

Thanks Emily! Don't be too jealous... right now the green lawns come with swarms of mosquitoes. I think they are making up for being relatively non-existent during the first 3/4 of the year.

Dad, the ghost is scary enough. I think it might actually scare Jason & me more than the rest of the neighborhood. Every morning we forget he is there and nearly scream when we go into the kitchen to make coffee.
